Wonderful Service
On Saturday I decided to have lunch at Mugg and Bean, East Rand Mall. My Waitron was a young man by the name of Sibusiso. The restaurant was very busy, but he did not get flustered and went out of his way to provide excellent service with a smile. He was friendly, but not overbearing, and he made my dining experience so much more pleasurable.<br> The management should be made aware of the wonderful service this your man gives. I will definitely be back.
