Wicode redemption

WiCode: ***(redeemed) I visited the store with above Wicode to redeem. The staff member that assisted me got a declined message. I then redeemed the Wicode at Mugg and Bean Shop G300, 1 Palm Boulevard, Umhlanga. I do not understand why this was the case.
