Where is our waiter??

I just visisted the mugg and bean in the Matlosana mall Klerksdorp. Our service was excellent for the first 5 minutes after we arrived and got our drinks and then we never saw our waiter again. After asking several other waiters for our bill we still had to wait almost 40 minutes just to get our bill. What started out as excellent service quickly turned into the worst service ever!!
