When they can't get the BASICS right

Without wasting much time on what is probably a minor incident - I'd like to advise Mugg and Bean Woodmead to pull up their socks. I ordered what must be the most basic sandwich in the world this morning, cheese, tomato and bacon. The only vague complication was my wanting mozzarella cheese instead of any other cheese. Well, I get to work to find ...yay for me - they got the cheese and bacon right - but no tomato. It actually sounds quite silly - but when you work in Pretoria and can do nothing about it, it does become a source of irritation that such a simple thing can be messed up. I can hardly drive back to Johannesburg to return the sandwich. Mugg and bean Woodmead, please do pay a little more attention. It's never a good sign when the smallest things can't even be done correctly.
