What terrible service and attitude

<p>On the 25th March whilst on holiday in Durban. We tried to enter the Mugg and Bean at Suncoast for a light snack and coffe at about 20:30. My wife and I was rudely told by a waiter they closed. Then I I was offered to only select coffee as take away. We ordered coffee as take away. We were told to stand outside. Both my wife and I and another couple. Whilst waiting another family of 4 wanted to sit in and the manager said oh please mxm cant you se we closed,. I then jumped in and asked how can you close on a Saturday at 20:30 The repsonse I received was oh we too busy and we cant cope. But looking inside there was ample table available. Shortly after while standing outside and waiting for our coffee and gentlemen and his family arraived. Speaking to one of the waiter, his words was "make a plan" gave the waiter a R50.00 and was allowed to enter. To top it all off I odered 1 hot chocolate for my wife and I wanted a "serious latte" the waiter turns and tells me sorry we dont have a "seriuos" size here. I told the waiter I travelled from jhb 2 days ago and at the Mugg and Bean in Montrose they have that selection.. The waiter laughed at me walked away bringing us what I think was the medium sized latte and hot chocolate</p>
