What must you do to get service at Mugg & Bean
I have been and still am sitting at table 17 at the Mugg & Bean in Cape Gate Shopping Mall since 07:30. After not being attended to for 20 minutes, I thought that I would evaluate their service and establish just how long it would take to be noticed. It is now 08:47 and nobody has come to assist me. It must be the camouflage jacket that has concealed me from all their staff. Well I have wasted enough time and have in fact run out of time. I am now off to KFC to get breakfast on the go and continue with my day.
