What are your business hours???
I went to the Blue Route Mall branch yesterday at 6:40pm to get 2 coffee's for take away. Your staff BLATANTLY ignored me, I stood at reception for 10+ minutes and was completely ignored by the waiting staff. It was clear that they were busy closing the shop and had NO INTENTION of providing any service... to add insult to injury, the one waitress literally walked past me and made eye contact with me on her way out into the mall - Still no acknowledgement whatsoever!! YOUR BUSINESS HOURS IS UP TO 7:00pm, so if I want to order at 6:59pm I am completely entitled to!! You have lost a loyal customer!!!
