Waited forever only to receive Uncooked Pasta

<p>Hi</p> <p>I am contacting you because I am very unhappy from sitting at a Mugg and Bean restaurant in Brooklyn Mall (pretoria) earlier this afternoon. Firstly when my sister and I arrived, while looking at the menu, my sister asked for water with lemon and the waiter refused saying he will give us the water once we have ordered. I asked him if he treats everyone that badly, looking down on people who have even asked for menus so they can order the food. He told me its the managers who insist they refuse people water until they order, so he only went to get the water after confirming that we are ordering food for sure. So i let the disrespectful encounter go because I was starving and I ordered a Chicken Mac and Cheese dish. After waiting for long for the food, when it finally arrived, the macaroni was hard and sticking to my teeth. The mac was clearly uncooked and don't understand how that happens after having to wait that long. I have been to so many Mugg and Beans and have never experienced the disrespect, the incredibly small portions of food and the bad cooking s****s I experienced today. I've heard some friends and family say they don't go to Mugg n Bean anymore, now I understand why and I will not be seen there any time soon either. </p> <p>Regards<br />Lerato</p>
