Waited 1 hour and 35 minutes for my food!!!

I have bought food and coffee from Mugg and Bean in Sandton city more than often, and 90 % of the time I have to wait for over 45 minutes for one cup of coffee to be delivered. I never complain about it, until today I ordered food and waited over 1 hour and 35 minutes for my meal to be delivered. It was cold and completely unenjoyable.<br> I did call in to find out where my meal was several times, and each time they told me that the lady is on her way. When I said that this is unacceptable and that I don't want to pay for my meal anymore, they were very rude and shocked and told me that I can't do that. Why must I pay for something that is cold and extremely late?!<br> <br> My husband and I have went and sat in the restaurant for coffee, and the service is just as shocking.<br> <br> I am absolutely sick and tired of this DISGUSTING service!! I will never order from them again, and will never recommend them either!<br> <br> P.s<br> I work for a big company in the Office Towers in Sandton City who order coffee and food daily, and everyone has decided not to order from them anymore.
