Vitality Active Rewards
Good Day,
I requested to redeem my vitality active reward this morning at the above mentioned store ,as Mugg and Bean was the only restaurant open at this hour (just after 03H30). The cashier and the manager on duty then advised that this functionality is not available on their system. I found this extremely strange, as when I had dinner there earlier the evening I asked the waiter what time do they open for breakfast and if I may use my vouchers and he said they open at 7am for sit-down breakfast and I may use the vitality active reward vouchers.
I am in Sun City on vacation until Thurs, 15 Feb 2018. Could I please request feedback soonest in this regard.
