Very poor service
Today at about 12:30, my husband and I visited Mugg&Bean in Knysna. We were standing at the menu table, waiting to be seated. We stood there for about 5min without anyone helping us. Waiters were looking at us, but no-one came to give us a seat although there were many open tables. I understand it was during a period of loadshedding, but someone could atleast show that they noticed us or tell us if they are closed, which i do not believe since they were serving other customers. Eventually we turned around and left. This was out first visit to the Knysna branch. I am extremely disgusted and disappointed with the service.
