Very disappointed in this shop

Very upset!

Today we were at the Mugg & Bean at The Galleria mall. I ordered French onion with meat ***** and when receiving my food under the chees was a bowl ful of mushrooms? This is not even indicated on the menu? And if im allergic to mushrooms?

When i asked the waiter if i could speak to the manager as i do not eat mushrooms and would have like to address this issue with the manager, but was told no i am going to bring the waiter in trouble. I told her that this has nothing to do with her services as it was great. But she insisted that we do not call him and that she will take the issue up with him right away herself. She came back 2min later telling me the manager wil take the matter up and apologized.

Well after i send my full plate of food back i asked for the bill so that i can be on my way and a guy walk past us busy ordering the waiter so i though this was the manager and though well i would like to here his thoughts about the issue i had.

I first asked if he was the manager and was told that they do not have a manager? But he is the Director and can speak to him.

So i asked him about what i told the waiter and would like to hear his thoughts. He knew about nothing! The waiter never told him, but never the less. His response was just that he wil look at it and he carried on with talking to the waiters.

Very disappointed in this shop and in how they handled the issue.
