very bad service and dirty restaurant

The airport MUGG AND BEAN service is very bad and the restaurant was very dirty disgusting tables were not cleaned or sanitized there were empty plates and glass with flies ... and I got a wrong order that took them almost the whole hour to fix and i did not wanna be late for my flight i told them to put it on a take away and that took long also so I had to leave without my food but had to pay full price , after that i place a complaint through the head office and I was told that they will call and follow but I only got Smses that says they have been calling me while they were lying because I never got any missed calls from them , so the manager at the airport Mug and Bean took my details saying they will refund me but until today I'm still waiting ,,,, Basically all staff and management at Mug and Bean seems to be ***** or they don't take a black person complaint serious
