utterly bad service

We were seated and given menu's and that was it. We waited between 15-20min for service, no drinks nor food. We decided to stand up and leave, at the door is where all the staff stood at and chatted, we bought it under there attention that the NO service they gave was wonderful, were they started to blame the guy who took us to the table, as to why didn't he bring it under there attention there is new customers seated. Now why doesn't the waiters themselves move around in between tables and see to the consumers needs?? Must you ring a bell if you want service??? This tipe of service is not excepted! also with people seated next to us, they decided to go and pay in front because the staff isn't doing there job!!! Doubt if I would visit again, a few weeks prior to this incident we waited exceptionally long for drinks more than an half an hour, and it wasn't a full house, so not much excuse.
