Upselling, rude staff and dirty restaurant.

Had breakfast at them at the Whale Coast Mall in Herm**** and while we waited for our friend to arrive, ordered a large Americano and normal filter coffee. Waitress decided to upsell and bring both in large mugs. When kindly corrected I received such a look and she replaced it with luke warm filter coffee in a cup. She was offish the entire time. The seats had crumbs on and the shelf running along the benches have not been dusted in months. If the front of house is that unhygienic, I'd hate to know what their kitchen looks like. Will not be back in a hurry.
