Unhappy :(

Yesterday had ordered via delivery app and it took close to 35 minutes waiting for the food and when driver gets here he gets a call that they gave him a wrong order and now it was going to be another 15 to 20 minutes waiting for the correct delivery and am hungry at that time. I used those services for the convenience but it seems that going there would have been a much better experience. Mugg and Bean Carlswald Midrand need to work on their people s****s as well as when i called to enquire the people were making excuses rather than just apologies for the inconvenience. To top it off those Buttermilk chicken strips were so minimal than usual. Order number was #36BBE ......
