Unhappy customers

My children and I were at mug and bean in Century City in Cape town tonight. I ordered chocolate mouse cake ny daughter ordered ****in. My chocolate mouse cake was tasting like sand i ask the waitress to taste it and she said it tasted sandy and just said sorry and walked away. The ****in was dry . I was very disappointed Century mug and bean is one of our favorite places to go to
