Unhappy customer

South Africa please be advised @ at mugg and bean mynlyn branch there is a dictator of a general manager terrorising waiters. Our fellow brothers and sisters are being abused in a broad day light.

He abuses then psychologically: They dont get their hard earned commission in time. He gives them when ever he feels suit to do so and hence it has been tempered with.

If they raise their voices he threatens to suspend them for a month, bear in mind those are family man and woman whose families depends on them.

Waiters are not happy there. They dont serve customers with smile due to opression/dictatorship and abuse.
