Unhappy customer

Good day. I have ordered take aways from the Cradlestone mall branch. I have paid with the Mugg and Bean app. It said it didn’t go through. I then paid with my debit card. Both payments went through and the manager doesn’t want to refund me one of the payments. The payments had been made two minutes apart.
