Unacceptable service at Mugg & Bean OR Tambo airport

I ordered the lentil coconut soup. When it arrived it was too salty, even by South African standards. I asked that they add some of whatever coconut cream or coconut milk they used to make it less salty and therefore edible. I was ignored until the soup went cold. Thereafter they informed me that they would charge me for the can of coconut cream or milk used...that they could only dilute it in water for no charge. I should have sent it back immediately on tasting it, but knew it would be thrown wastefully away in that case.

The service today was terrible and the manager was unhelpful. It's terrible that foreigners should experience such shoddy service at our international airport.
