Tremendous Customer Service

I took a flight to Durban on Friday and had to wait for my sister to arrive which took longer than expected, I was angry tired and just needed time out. Then I met a lady who really brightened up my day, she gave me really good service kept on checking if I was okay. Even when I went for a smoke she made sure my luggage is secured and safe. She organised a waiter for me who was also friendly and never got tired of my orders. In 2012 I had the worst experience in Mug and Bean Eastrand Mall and from then on wards I hated the restaurant but when I got to Durban KingShaka airport's Mug and Bean my whole perception changed because of one person , I thought it was only on Friday she was in a good mood but when I came back on Sunday to the airport I grabbed breakfast again at Mugg and Bean there she was asked about the wedding and brightened up my Sunday morning again. I still felt important and wanted. She delegated right people to assist me and everyone did their job on time(right order,didn't wait for long and had a refreshing smile and service like it was Monday morning)She helped me efficiently, in a friendly manner and did her best to ensure I am satisfied.
