To vitality or not to Vitality
Stopped for breakfast at Mugg and Bean Suncoast Casino. I asked the waiter beforehand if they are accepting Vitality points to pay for meals, as the last time I was here they said the vitality system is offline. The waiter kindly said to me he is isn't sure and he will check with the manager, which the manager responded very loudly NO DISCOUNTS TODAY! I assumed maybe because of the iron man event taking place. But my question is, is this true, can they refuse you to use your vitality points when you want to, it doesn't stipulate that anywhere in the T&c's unless I missed it. Can this be clarified, please?
