Theft of change - Mugg and Bean

About seven months back I had a cappuccino at Mugg and Bean Woodlands which cost R34.00, paid with R40.00 and never got my change. The waiter decided to tip herself. Needless to say, I do not like it when my money is ******.

Today I went to the same Mugg and Bean, had an orange juice for R34.00, paid with R50.00 and surprise surprise - no change! I waited about ten minutes but no sign of the waiter and eventually left R16.00 poorer. It does seem to be a bit of a culture at Mugg and Bean Woodlands. The easiest way to resolve this is to avoid this outlet at all cost. So be careful if ever you visit Mugg and Bean Woodlands - check your change!
