The Place is So ******

I would like to clarify that my complaint is not about the quality of the food, but by the attitude I recieved from the staff members. My first vist to Mugg and Bean wqs in December last year. The reception was not good at ll, I arrived there with my family, and for two minutes we stood there without any acknowledgement from the waiters, but instead they focused on the other parties that arrived after us, and we ended up leaving without any service. I refused to believe that this day and age there are still institutions that treat people differently because of race. I returned the following alone and as the only Black person there I was totally ignored until I actually had to poke one of the waiters to give me service. It took her a while to even offer me a drink or ask if I need anything else and I observed that all the white customers were recieving special attention. I relayed the ordeal to some of my friends and they all confirmed that Mug and Bean Mosselbay is ****** and treats black customers differently and they would rather drive to George or use the one on the N2 to be treated with respect as individuals and paying customers.
