The last strike!

I went to Mugg and bean at Mall of the South, because there was load shedding and I needed to eat desperately. While eating my mediocre meal, I noticed a ****roach on the floor, I know these are can be random insects, so I overlooked this. Continued eating and noticed another different looking ****roach on the floor. I started thinking this maybe a problem, next thing I saw a ****roach on my table as well. The staff were not even shocked when I got up and complained. I have had some negative run in with the Mugg and Bean manager at Mall of the South and this experience was completely due to desperation. But I swear, I won’t return because I even had a stomach bug later that evening. Before someone thinks I’m exaggerating about the ****roaches, I took a video.
