The 90 minute Mugg and Bean!

Mugg And Bean Sun City Service was pathetic! Last night we came an were welcomed by the RUDE manager who doesn't know how to seat people. She did not take people on a first come first serve basis but rather giving a table for 4 to groups who were 4 or taking a larger group instead of separating tables and making allowing fair opportunity to everyone. Last nights supper took an hour to come an nachos an quesadillas were served without any salsa. This morning we were told they are short staffed by the RUDE manager, however we were willing to wait. A cheese omelette with green pepper and mushrooms with a side portion of chips took an 90 minutes to arrive! We asked the rude manager to check on our food an she said she had other things to do first. She then came back 10min later after we had recieved our food an said she spoke to them it will be out soon, only for her to notice that we had finally received our meals. So she joked an said I just told them my customers are waiting 30min for food which was actually 90min. The service was pathetic however is not the waiters fault. Management an kitchen staff need to really check their attitudes as well as the service they provide!
