As a Gr 12 IEB student, I had to do a task on one of the businesses that falls under Famous Brands. In this task I had to do research on the business' Corporate Social Responsibility program as well as find out what their Mission and Vision statements are. I sent Mugg and Bean's customer care an email asking about their mission and vision statements. Within 2 days I got a reply. This helped me to finish my task without further stress, seeing that 2 other businesses still haven't rep**** to my request. Thank you for your help and customer care!
