Terribly rude management and bad service

On The 18th of March i went to Mug and Bean as i do daily as my office is located at the Sandton Towers, i went upstairs and was given a table by a lady. After sitting at the table for about 30min i had still not been served, when i tried waving someone down a gentleman rep**** and said he would get to me of which he never did. Eventually i stood up and got ready to walk out to which my waitress came to me and said very bluntly, \You're leaving\" to which i rep****, yes. She then cleared my menu and walked away. I then went down to the take away area and found a sandwich to which the price read R29.99 i grabbed it, asked the lady to warm it and then waited, eventually she returned with a microwaved sandwich in a plastic wrapper, as we know, when bread is microwaved it turns tough. Nonetheless i went ahead and oped the sandwich while waiting for her to ring in up so i could pay, Needless to say she then said the sandwich would be R39.99, I disputed this as that was not what the price tag had said, she called the Manager and i explained my concern, he then, with his fingers took my sandwich and said, this was in the wrong place, he demanded i pay as i opened the wrapper and walked off"
