Terrible to Contact
I have tried numerous times to get hold of Mugg and Bean Karaglen but no one answers the phone.<br> There are no opening hours anywhere that I can find and when I phone the call centre I get told they have 0 information at all on opening hours for their stores and only the number that I was trying and it was suggested the best I can do is keep trying to phone them.<br> This is absolutely ridiculous! Put some trading hours on your website and answer your phones. Perhaps learn to clue up your \customer care centre"as well by actually making them useful to have information customers require."""
