Terrible service. Wouldn't go back

We went for lunch today at mugg and bean at the greenery, Polokwane. The service was absolutely pathetic. We waited over 30min for our food. When we requested another s**** for our soup from thr manager, David, he said "there's a s****" referring to the one on our table. Im disgusted.
