Terrible service from Mugg and Bean Springs Mall

I have received the worst service from Mugg and Bean Springs mall. From walking into the place there was no host to take us to a table, my sister and I had to find ourselves a place to sit. And then after we managed to find a table, the lady serving us looked like she couldn't be bothered to be there. Anyway she comes after about 10 minutes to give us the menu and then the service went even further downhill from there. We ordered our drinks and food and ate. No one ever came to check in us, although we noticed that the white customers in the place where getting 5 star service, being checked on and waited on hand and foot. After we were done eating, we waited for almost 30 minutes to get the bill, we could not locate our waiter at this point but no one stepped up to assist in her absence.

All in all, the service was just terrible compared to other Mugg and Bean restaurants.
