Terrible Service at M&B King Shaka Airport
Yesterday (07-04-2015) I experienced atrocious service at Mugg n Bean King Shaka Airport. I arrived around 7:35am, sat for 10 minutes without any service. I then called the manager to take my order. He didn't see anything wrong, he continued to take my order. I then waited for another 10 minutes for my coffee (a mere cup of coffee). After about 11 minutes, the manager again passed by my table and he told me that \my coffee is on its way". Really!!! I had waited a total of 22 minutes. I then decided to walk away as there was no hope that my food was going to be delivered in less than 30 minutes. In addition"
