Terrible service and even worse food at Mugg and Bean

Terrible service and even worse food at Mugg and Bean Galleria Mall. Having always gone to Mugg and Bean over any other restaurant, it is terrible to see how the restaurant has degraded over such a short period of time. The waitress we had was very unhelpful. Bottomless drinks were only refilled once, about 10 minutes after asking for a refill, and very little attention was paid to our table, not to mention that there was only one other table in the restaurant. The food was the biggest disappointment. The one of us ordered the new Satay burger, which came without the correct sauce, and the other ordered Nachitos, which came with hard cheese and the "sour cream" was simply whipped cream out a can with lemon juice drizzled over the top to make it seem like sour cream. We asked for the correct sauce on the side to add on, as well as proper sour cream. When the waitress eventually returned, the sauce was correct but the lemon juice was simply mixed into the cream this time. Both meals were cold and of poor standards, and neither of us managed to finish our food. The waitress took about 10 minutes once again, looking at us while talking to a fellow waitress, to bring the bill. We paid cash and the waitress disappeared and wasn't to be found. We waited a while standing in the middle of the restaurant, and eventually just left the money on the table and left.
