Terrible service!
This is the third time in two months I have been to the Mug n Bean in Fourways Mall, and the service gets worse every time. Previously we waited 40 minutes for our food, and then only half the order arrived. Today I waited 20 minutes after being seated for a menu, 15 minutes for a latte and a half hour for Eggs benedict order. The worst in all of this bad service are the waiters who dont follow up unless you ask them. Disappointed with the Mug n Bean franchise.
