Terrible service

I was at Mugg and Bean Lorch Logan Waterfront and in Minosa Mall to redeem my birthday voucher. Terrible customer service, the waitering stuff run away from assisting. Then the excuses follows…. I mean why give me the voucher to get a slice of cake and not even deliver on that. I’m told excuses all the time. The Mimosa Mall one really upset me because they said they don’t have a manager and to redeem I need a manager. Get your stuff in order
