Terrible service

On the 2nd of September 2023 we were at the Mugg and Bean Lower Sabie. We often go there for a breakfast when we are in the Area. They were not busy, we have seen it way busier than normal. The service was terrible. We waited more than 50 minutes for our food, it was cold and we did not get what we asked for. Also the waiter came with a drink an literally "threw" it onto the table, messing the contents. She just turned around and left, we had to clean her mess ourselves. I did contact them via their website, but were not even honored with a reply. Everybody was complaining. With it being in the area, turn around time should be fast as people want to get back to what they came to do in the Kruger.
