Terrible Service

Unpleasant and terrible service from a staff at Mugg n Bean.I had terrible experience in your store @ Baywest mall. The female who was assisting me was not interested in my enquiring abt your menu. She was so dismissive ,had no patience at all. She did not even ask me abt the size of juice I want. She just assumed and brought me an expensive orange juice that costs R55,00 yet in a small glass.I then asked her, since it was my birthday about the cake. She told me the cake is only meant for regular customers.She undermine me,she doesn't even know me.I regret spending my money in your restaurant and I won't go there again.Her name is Ncumisa
