Terrible Service

We went to the Mugg and Bean at Somerset West Mall yesterday afternoon. The place was quite busy but there was no one to greet us, aa waiter did come and just said sit anywhere. Then 5 minutes later a waiter came gave us menus and then left. After waiting A while longer the one who gave us the menu comes back and partially takes the order the drinks even though I did order a cake. The drinks came and about 6 minutes later he brings the cake. There was no attentiveness and warmth that you'd expect from mugg and bean. We've had good service there. I'm not sure why there was such bad service, maybe they thought we wouldn't order much but that is just so annoying! Other people were treated better who ordered more than just drinks I would like to make sure that these people step up and also stop profiling customers. Also the manager only came out once, where is she? Why wasn't she in the front. These questions must be answered.
