Terrible ****ins from Mugg and Bean

I came all the way from Sandton to Springs to meet client. They have a Mugg and Bean in the center, so perfect.

Ordered a Blue Berry ****in, no Blue Berries. Complaint to Manager offered me a Cheese and Bacon. The wrapper was so tight around the ****in most of the paper stuck to ****in.

Called the Franchise’s son Chris to complain. Call was cut, did not even bother calling back.

****INS is one of the most Loved products Chris, fix it. Bad for the Brand. If you have not learned in the times that we are living in that customer service is crucial then you must either have very deep pockets or you just don’t care.
