Terrible Food

Hi, I went passed Mugg and Bean N2 Petroport in Durban this morning and bought a sweet chilli chicken wrap for R49 which is very pricey but I don't normally mind paying extra for good product although when I opened the wrap when I got to work it was shocking! There was hardly any chicken inside, the lettuce was old and the chicken has brown marks on it! This is unacceptable for the price I paid and the terrible quality! Mugg and Bean is supposed to be a high quality brand?? How can you sell this to customers?? I am not eating this horrible wrap and I would like a refund please. Regards, Taryn
