Terrible first time experience
I went to Mugg & Bean with my boyfriend on the 4th of February and we received terrible service. The waitress seated us and left us there for 17 minutes to be exact without taking our drink orders. The shop wasn't even full or busy. We left and laid a head office complaint and they didn't even bother to get back at us. I'm really not happy with the service or lack of rather, that we received there. It was my first time at the mugg and bean in potch and a terrible one I might add.
