Terrible experience at Mug n bean

I am so disappointed I bought 3 large ****ins it costed me r145 only to realize when came back to work it is so hard and stale.I purchased it from the Cornobia mall Durban branch.The reason that i am ****ed is because for it to cost a fortune I was expecting it to taste like its price
