Terrible customer service by John Sambo

I'm very disturbed at the kind of customer service that I received by one of your employees(John Sambo). I went to mugg & bean on the move in Pretoria and the person (John Sambo) that served us was beyond rude! He firstly gave us food without cutlery. When we asked him about the meal he walked away throwing his hands at us as though we didn't matter as customers. When I went to ask for cutlery he started shouting at me telling me that he didn't have to serve us and that he has a life outside of mugg and bean! The manager(Daisy) tried to stop him and pushed him into the kitchen but he came out to started pointing fingers. I'm so shocked at the treatment that I received as I'm a paying customer. If this is the kind of treatment that you give customers it's terrible. Kindly play back the camera to see what happened on the 24th November 2020 at mugg & bean on the move.
