Terrible customer service

I had a very disappointing experience with Mugg & Bean Eastgate Mall. I was given a birthday voucher and only tried to use it two weeks after my birthday, only to be told it had already expired even though there is no expiry date stated anywhere on the voucher. To make matters worse, the staff were rude and unhelpful, and customer care offered no resolution whatsoever. It’s incredibly frustrating to receive something meant to be a ‘treat’ and then be denied the opportunity to use it with no clear terms provided. Honestly, what’s the point of giving out vouchers if they can’t be used? Very disappointing experience. I will definitely not be recommending them to anyone.
