supervisor had no clue of how to help

I took my friend to mugg n bean at the lakeside, we asked the lady who attended to us that we needed a couch if any is available, she informed us that there's were a customers that were just finished and she will reserve the table for us, and I saw her put the reserved note on the table.<br> the other people paid and left so she told us to go sit when we were just about to sit the other waitress come s and tells us that we can't sit there and that she reserved the table for her customer that were already sitted and we asked for the supervisor/manager came and he couldn't even try and resolve the confusion, all he said was can we wait when the other table is open, like we had to wait until people order, eat and leave, how long would that be...<br> <br> this is very annoying, we cannot stand to be bul**** like that by a waitress and even worse the useless supervisor not knowing how to handle situations like that.....
