such bad service, especially from the manager

Went to mugg and bean at about 5.40 in the afternoon and they close at 6. Asked if we could order food they said yes sit down look at the menu and want to place an order get told the kitchen is closed. So I order a cookie dough hot chocolate, I receive it with no cookie dough and white chocolate. I speak to the manager and complain and she tells me they suppose to put white chocolate because we have no cookie dough. This is at the mall of the south a brand to shop and they can't ask if I want something else rather than to bring me something that is completely different to what I ordered.I then proceed to complain about it not being 6 but we can't order and the manager says ya we closed. Ok great stuff so the manager is just as useless. Customer service should come first guess not for mugg and bean.
