Subscription nightmare

My business partner and myself went and bought the 15 Easy Coffee subscription on the 19th of November 2024 (not the first time, so we know how it works)...the problem we currently have is that, when you select the payment option to redeem the subscription as payment it deducts the money from your linked card...this happened 4 times with myself and my business partner...so now M&B has made R250 out of each of us plus the 8 x times (4 each) coffees...this also happened with a previous subscription we bought and there was said they will credit it to us...nothing happened...I feel this very unfair...
