Stale Roll and terrible food
I went to the Brooklyn Mugg and Bean yesterday as i was waiting for a meeting. I ordered the Backyard BBQ Pretzel, not only was there hardly any beef strips but the pretzel was so stale, the other filings were placed in clumps and when I called the manager over all she said was that was portion control - portion control is not stale bread and a messy presentation. Once my client joined us she had a ****in. The ****in display was covered in flies and they were on most of the ****ins. I was really disappointed in the Brooklyn branch as i often go to the one in Coachman's crossing on a weekly basis. Really bad food experience!
