Staff tuning away restaurant patrons

Yesterday i was craving the mugg & bean vegetarian fallafel burger. I went to Mall of the South. After shopping at 6.05pm i entered Mugg & bean, asked the waiter (vivian) if i could sit over there, she rep**** that the kitchen was closed. The hours on the sign at entrance is fri closes 8pm. I called for the manager he said that the kitchen closes at 6.30pm. i mentioned what happened. He was not apologetic at all and did not even offer to seat me for a meal. felt like i was talking to a brickwall. i then asked for the owners contact details. he said he is unable to give and gave me the landline and said i must call the on sat morning to speak to them. I left feeling very offended, disappointed and angry re the service received. i also did not satisfy my craving for a mugg and bean fallafel burger. this is not the service that mugg and bean offer its patrons. if the staff are too lazy to serve patrons then they should not be working there. i went elsewhere to eat, at a restaurant that was accommodating and that wants to serve patrons.
