Staff chatting more important than customer's

We walk is past 3 staff members at front. Got a place seated by ourselves. Sit for 10 min and no waiter even come to gives us menu or nothing. This is the scene we were looking at, the 3 waiters is chatting away and not bothered who is there or not. The owner was sitting there at a table and his staff just ignor us. In this times and life you just don't ignore professional Business service towards your customers. I just walked out and my wife made the aware of her presence that was just to late the be fixed.
